CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please send an email to vintagehairs@yahoo.com with your order number. Also WhatsApp or call us on +234. A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied.
DO YOUR WIGS COME WITH ELASTIC STRAPS AND COMBS?
Yes, our wig caps come with straps and combs. Even though our braided lace wigs are very snug and fit just right, they have combs and elastic bands/straps for extra security.
WHAT COLOR OPTIONS OF BRAIDED WIGS ARE AVAILABLE TO CHOOSE FROM?
We do have a wide variety of colors and color combinations to choose from. If you are interested in getting a specific color or color combination not listed, please feel free to email us at info@vintagehairs.com or WhatsApp us.
DOES THE DISPLAYED WIG ONLY COME WITH ONE PARTING OR STYLE?
No, all our wigs can be styled with different partings, but partings and styles are limited to the type of lace material you have chosen. You get most styles, pony tail and more parting options using the full lace and 360 lace frontal. Some styles and parting options using the lace frontal, and few styles and partings using the closure.
I MEASURED MY HEAD AND IT FALLS IN BETWEEN 2 SIZES WHICH I DO PICK?
It is advisable to pick the higher size because your wig naturally comes with an elastic adjustable band to fit almost all head sizes. Let’s assume you fall in between M & L, you could pick L.
HOW LONG DOES THIS WIG LAST FOR?
The life span of the wig will depend on how you use and care for your wig with the type of product you use on it and how often you wear it. If properly maintained it can last for 4-5 years, if not properly maintained it will last for 3-4 years.

Yes, We ship Worldwide via DHL, USPS, FedEX.

WHY IS MY WIG MORE FULL AT THE FRONT?
Based on practice, a standard braided wig shouldn’t be overweight on the head. So, more focus is given to the front as compared to the lower back. The front is usually braided to be fuller than the back to cover all for full total coverage. Regardless, all strands are spread out evenly.
DON’T YOU BRAID ROUND THE EDGES?
A wig is much more different from human hair. The round edges are the elastic tape that holds the head tight in order for the wigs to be easily worn to fit and hold the head tightly. Based on normal practice, if you are expecting every hole of the wig cap to be braided, especially the side-back edges, we don’t do that except if you ordered your wig using a 360 lace frontal or full lace.
MY ITEM HAS BEEN STOLEN. DO I GET ANOTHER OR A REFUND?
No. On rare occasions where a customer believes their item may have been subject to theft from their mailbox or otherwise, after it has been delivered, we strongly suggest you contact the local authorities for this matter. Express Wig Braids will not be held responsible for this issue, because we paid an extra price for each customer’s delivery to be signed for by the customer. If you have ordered that your package be dropped somewhere, then, you should contact the postal service. There is no refund, exchanges nor re-sending a new item to customers. For items lost in transit and not yet delivered, we strongly suggest you contact your local post office regarding the current location of your item. We may also contact the post office to track your item and resolve this problem on your behalf. For items marked as “Undeliverable as addressed” or ‘Wrong Address provided’ or ‘Several failed attempts for delivery’, customers may be charged an additional shipping fee in order to re-ship the item.

I DON’T LIKE MY ORDER, IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO CHANGE WITH ANOTHER?
No, Due to the type of products offered which are customized to your preference, all sales are final.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER MAKING PAYMENT?
Standard orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation can be cancelled and you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price you paid and the full shipping cost.
I NEED MORE INFORMATION ABOUT WHOLESALE AND DROPSHIP?
If you are buying from 2 wigs & upwards, then you are eligible for a wholesale discount. While adding more than 1 wig to cart, price reduces automatically at checkout. Visit wholesale and drop ship sections for further info.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT METHOD WE ACCEPT?
We accept all kinds of payment from Paypal to Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discovery, JCB, Payoneer, US direct wire payment, Nigeria direct Access bank deposit, SEPA payment, Canada and Australia direct payment.
CAN I WEAR THE WIG GLUELESS?
Yes you can. All our wigs come with an elastic band underneath the wig, an adjustable strap-on and combs to hold the wig in place.
HOW HEAVY ARE THE WIGS?
The weight depends on the length and the wig cap of your choice. FULL LACE standard weight is between 0.5kg to 1kg. FRONTAL is between 1kg to 1.5kg and CLOSURE is 1kg to 1.5kg
CAN I WASH MY WIG AFTER USE?

CAN I SHOWER WITH IT?
Yes you can BUT we strongly advise NOT to shower with it.
I have entered incorrect address, what can I do?

Vintage Hairs is not responsible for incorrect addresses once shipment are made however you can send an email to us at info@vintagehair.com  to update your shipping address as long as your wig is still being processed. Please note that address changes are not possible after we ship your order. You can contact the courier company with your tracking number to change your shipping address.

I have more than one tracking numbers?

This applies to customers or wholesalers that ordered more than 3kg wigs, your item may be shipped separately in two packages either to safely ship the item, get items to arrive faster, or base on availability, etc. However do not worry, you will not be billed twice neither will you receive a wrong order. We will ship this way from time to time at our own discretion and this is usually to your benefit. It will not affect your shipping estimate in anyway unless we notify you otherwise.

WHY IS THE PRICE ON THE COMMERCIAL WAYBILL DIFFERENT FROM THE ACTUAL PRICE?
Unless specified by a customer, we DO NOT condone putting a different price on our commercial invoice for taxation purposes. The reason some customers may ask us to lower the price on their commercial invoice is because if we put the actual website price of the wig on their commercial invoice their package may be subject to import tax. (If you do not want the actual website price of the wig to reflect on your commercial invoice/waybill for tax filing purposes, kindly let us know and we’ll be glad to do that for you)
WHY DO WE HAVE SOME MANY MULTI CHOICE OPTIONS ON THE PRODUCT PAGE?
Because we want you the customer to be perfectly satisfied with what you are getting from us. Some websites just sell you any wig without asking for your measurements like your cap size, preferred color, preferred length or density. Braided wigs are like clothes, you can either buy any random clothes from the dollar store or you can have a professional brand make you a beautiful tailor-made outfit
ARE WE LEGIT?
Yes, we have been operating for more than 3 years. We are a registered tax paying American company. We are also a registered corporate affairs commissions Nigerian company, we are PayPal business certified, DHL Express business approved, UPS business approved, FedEx business approved, Google business certified, Facebook/Instagram business verified, credit/debit card business accredited and e-commerce approved.
WHAT DOES THE TERM KNOT BLEACH MEAN?
This refers to bleaching the knots on the lace which is as a result of each strand of hair hand tied into the lace at the base of the cap. We use the process to lighten the knots creating an illusion, making it less detectable and natural in appearance
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You will receive a tracking number immediately your order is shipped after processing time. You can track your shipment with your tracking number by the selected courier and this will be available via email

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST TO THE USA?

We ship worldwide and shipping cost is available at checkout.

Where is your physical location and where do your wig ship from?

 We ship all our wigs from our production facility at No 4 Okujagu Street Off Peter Odili Road, Port Harcourt Nigeria.

Why have i not received a confirmation email after placing an order?
